“Good location, but expensive for the quality of room”

We stayed here for 3 nights as we were visiting for a wedding. The location was good as we had a choice of restaurants, and a short walk down the road we could visit woolworths to purchase anything else we needed. “Short stay”

A must stay hotel if you visit Perth...the complex has everything you need, so you do not need to travel into Perth for a good time. It is all here. The staff are fantastic and nothing is a bother. Great value for money...you will not be disappointed one bit.

Stay here on a Saturday night as its next to casino. Check in was quick and painless with staff ready to help.rooms on the small side but clean and quiet. Overall it's a nice hotel, expensive for what you get and the beds are NOT comfortable at all. Definitely a better option for the price than the main crown metropol, but the only thing that it really has going for it is the number of places to drink and eat in the complex do it does make a good night... “Cheaper cousin to the Metropol”

Its an OK hotel, clean and good sized rooms. Its a Novotel standard hotel, but with only $30 different between Promenade and Metropol spend the extra. I have stayed in both and the difference is amazing. Promenade is a good hotel, Metropol is world class. For some reason, every person had trouble using the cards in the elevators except me....

The service was great! Even though we couldn't check in at our allotted time, the staff were lovely and were very good at keeping us up to date. It was nice to stay somewhere where the importance of customer service is a high priority!
