spacious aparment with balcony overlooking street, but quiet with patio door closed. Excellent position right in the heart of Perth. Only problem the corridors to the aparment dont have any ventilation so if someone bring back a particularly smelly take away the stink stays for days!

Generally the Medina Executive Apartments provide a comfortable accommodation option for visitors to Perth. It's particulalry well located for business visitors and is only a short walk to most parts of the Perth CBD. The apartments are spacious and well equipped. Very nice rooms. Washer dryer and kitchen in each unit. Good wifi access in rooms. Reasonably priced minibar. My room had a west wall and the air conditioning did not sufficiently cool the bedroom.

Stayed 4 nights over Easter weekend. The apartment was perfect - close to all amenities, clean, quiet and reasonably priced. We would certainly stay there again and recommend it to friends.

We are locals but stayed here for a night in teh city. This is one of the best locations for tourists, as major shops and central railway station are 200 metres away.
