we used our free nights accomodation with our Accor membership, the hotel was absolutley beautiful! big comfy as bed,big bath mean water pressure in the shower, everything was fantastic, a short stroll down the Viaduct to all the bars & resturants, we had an awsome night away and will definatley go back again!!!!!!!!

We used a free night that was part of our Accor membership. This is the flashest hotel we have ever stayed at and had a wonderful experience. Every thing was spot on. A level of service we are probably not used to. It was fun to see how the other half live.

This was the second hotel we stayed in on our honeymoon and it did not disappoint! I believe the room we had was 628 which was a Junior Suite. Stayed 2 nights on our honeymoon but found it a bit overrated. Service was good but not quite as special as you'd hope. Room service actually walked in without knocking. View from Marina view room isn't that special. And no free Wi-Fi?

Excellent place to stay in Auckland. Perfect location for viaduct restaurants and harbour,concierge guys are fantastic and know the best places to eat and can really help you out so you make the most of your time in the city of sails if your from out of town. The place is exactly what you expect from a luxury hotel.
