Overall this stay was very good value. Bathrooms had been upgraded and were fresh and clean. Staff were incredibly helpful both in advance of and during our stay. Having had some bad experiences staying in other hotels, this was a pleasant change. The hotel is great. The rooms are very clean and well maintained, and the views to Parnell, the port and across to Rangitoto are spectacular, especially at dawn and dusk.
