This is a pretty average hostel. Good location (uphill from downtown), helpful staff, spacious kitchen, good place if you like to cook on your travels. Rooms could be cleaner! I stayed here for 3 nights over a weekend in Auckland. The location is ok, about 10 minutes walk from the bus station. The price was excellent. Facilities were ok, the showers and bathrooms were average and the 6 bed dorm I was in was quite cramped. The wifi speed was terribly slow. More

I was staying there more than one week. The service personal is very very friendly and helpfully. But I have to say that the room are not the best, for example sometimes you have a safe which is not safe, and a bed which is very loud if you are moving. More

Stay there for 2 nights, in 4 mixed-share room. Room is small. Kitchen, toilet and shower room is clean. It is very close to restaurant, i.e. plenty of Asian food, Korean food! Supermarket is nearby, good downtown window shopping!! More

Excellent place for many reasons. The place allows 24-hour check-in, and I checked in at 1:30AM. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. It's a bit of a walk to the Auckland attractions. For the price, definitely look to stay here. More
