A very warm, friendly and knowledgeable welcome from the host David, and throughout our stay we were given advice and helpful hints about Hamilton. The room was great, well-equipped and clean - and we were given a free upgrade without asking! Good location on a busy road, so some road noise was to be expected.

They say it is the little things that count, and this is certainly true of the Ballinor Motor Inn. The rooms are beauifully presented and very well equipped. They all have their own little patios. and nothing seems too much trouble for David the host.We enjoyed our stay so much we changed our schedule so we could stay there again.

Started with a g reat reception from David. We were presented with a perfect room. It was so clean with great servicing. Great value and well positioned. Would use again and recommend to others. The kitchenette was well appointed and we could ask for nothing more. Even the beverages provided were of top quality.. ( No cheap tea or coffee)

First time in 30 years a motel has actually shown me the motel and told me how everything worked. Had a one bedroom unit. Nice size, well laid out. My only small issue is my treat when away in hot breakfast delivered to unit. They did not offer this. Only a small thing. Otherwise great.

Awesome stay, everything was perfect. David is such a awesome guy, even rang to let me know the Chiefs upcoming venues. Room had exactly what they stated online and the lollipops were a nice touch. we are very impressed on this motel. affordable, very smart, clean, modern setup. host is very friendly and helpful. double spa bath, aircon, big tv, 50 sky channel, fully equipped kitchen and happy customer ; ) definitely come back again and recommend

Owner bent over backwards to ensure our stay was good. Just awesome clean accommodation with every detail covered. I wanted to live there it was so lovely!! Lol! Highly recommend! Handy location, divine spa, yummy plunger coffee!
