Very nice guy, great room. Have stayed twice and will definitely again if in Hamilton. I am now filling in words - why do you have write at least 200 characters? My family recently stayed in the 3 bedroom unit. It felt damp and cold when we checked in thankfully the heaters soon fixed that. My biggest problem was that the unit wasn't clean enough. A colleague and I went on a business trip to Hamilton and stayed two nights at Sails Motor Inn. We found the host very pleasant and really helped with all our venues we had to go to all over Hamilton. Rooms were roomy and clean. Nice spa bath after along day. Had great cooked breakfast. Most enjoyable stay.
