We stayed one night. The room was basic, but very clean and nice. Showers were a bit of a walk, but that's hostel life. Grant couldn't have been more helpful. He has only been there less than a year, I understand, and has plans to make it better.

Probably the best hostel that I've stayed in. Grant and Lisa were super helpful and extremely nice and friendly. Stayed there for a month and enjoyed every day. Cool place, with mostly working backpackers so the place stays lovely and quiet during the day, but still had lots of people around in the evening socialising. Plenty to do around and in town and Grant (the manager) will be more than happy to help you out with places and directions. Really enjoyed my stay here

Stayed here 4 nights.Thought the place was Ok except for the showers until my last morning ..The owner got extremely angry with me because i checked out 30 minutes late and was moving to a different backpackers in the area.Initially refused to give me back my key deposit until he evenually relented.Very immature behaviour indeed.
