A very comfortable hostel with immaculate en suite double rooms, a large and well equipped kitchen, friendly living room with a good selection of videos and DVDs, outdoor terrace for dining and drinking and very friendly staff. Can't fault it.

Staff friendly and helpful, clean kitchen and room ensuite facilities. Good location, close to beach and shops. Free wifi. Only problem was the rooms were very small. We stayed in a 4 bed room and there wasn't enough room for stuff and people. I would stay there again and recommend it for you're stay in Paihia.

Rooms small but very clean and comfortable with ensuite. I found the staff friendly and helpful, especially Milo. Kitchen very well equipped nice touch having the packet herbs and spices provided. Lovely communal area where I meet some lovely overseas visitors.

The man working in the hostel was beyond rude.. He was very bothered by doing his job! Other than that the hostel was nice.. Would stay at any other place just because of the hostile staff!
