We stayed here for two nights outside the tourist season and found the hotel clean and comfortable and in a quiet location within walking distance from Paihia's shops. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Had to ask for toilet paper, room not vacuumed once in a week. Coffee cups were not clean on arrival and only rinsed while there. Roof had mould near the bathroom also. Is cheap and easy walk to town if these are over looked or you get a room without mould
