The rooms were nice and big so great for family. The only thing I would say about this property is that the room we had (which was a 2 bedroom family unit) was very tired and needed a bit of updating and the carpets were quite stained. The room was nice and clean and very comfortable beds.

This place has lots of potential, but its all been done so cheaply and without any care whatsover. The rooms themselves are large and two level. Four couples met up at Mecure Rotorua. Two sets grandparent and two couples with children. We enjoyed our stay. Had a very relaxed time and enjoyed the facilities. Very handy to town and park but also on route to many of the tourist attractions. eg skyline Paradise valley

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable,I can't fault that . We stayed for 3 nights, housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. The tiles in the bathroom and enterance was in need of a wash. The carpet in the lounge area was dirty and some toiletries had to be ordered for. The free WiFi as mentioned on the website was not working.We had expected better service from Accor group but were disappointed.

Great location- walking distance to Kuirau Park to see the mud pools, short distance to Rotorua city ccentre. Tepid swimming pool and spa pool a welcome bonus, at the end of a busy day. Spacious rooms, nice decor. great value for money

We got a great deal on this hotel through Wotif. Could not believe our luck. The rooms were huge rooms - super comfortable beds and good quality linen. The hotel also provides free wifi and heated pool. Very happy.
