I stayed in this hotel whenever I come for holiday in Rotorua. Location is near to the town and also Rotorua's attraction. Room size at generally big for 2. The hotel has just had a major referbishment outside and looks fab. The rooms are good size, clean, comfortable and the staff were really friendly. Booked a package that included breakfast, which made the cost of breakfast cheeper. Would highly recommend this hotel to all. More

Stayed over the Easter weekend, this hotel has very good specials so well worth signing up to the Millenium Group which it belongs to for email alerts. First off I would like to say that the staff were wonderful. Very helpful and pleasant. We stayed in a room with a double and a single bed. I am sorry to say the Hotel is very tired.
