GOOD TYPICAL STANDARD Novotel hotel with good facilities.Shame about the sulphur smell over the city , if you can put up with that it's an interesting place.The hotel is in a good location and the staff were very helpful.

Nice hotel situated in a great lakefront spot with shops, restaurants and parks all within walking distance. Reception staff were all very friendly and accomodating. Rooms were clean, tidy and warm. In general the hotel is a good middling venue with reasonable facilities and competitive cost. Rooms are a reasonable to good size, comfortable and reasonably equipped.

I recently had a fantastic massage at the In Balance Spa at the Novotel Lakeside. It would have been one of the best massages I have ever had.
