This is a clean and comfortable motel located on Fenton Street, known as "motel mile" due to the large numbers of hotels, motels and guesthouses. A nice modern motel situated on what is obviously the main motel strip in Rotorua. We needed to drive to a restaurant but that would apply to most of the other motels. Staf was very helpful with advice about attractions.

No complaints here...friendly welcome, decent on-time breakfast, everything necessary in the room and free parking right outside the room. Just not quite "executive", but happy to return, hopefully to a room away from the road (which was slightly noisy but did not disturb sleep with windows closed). Be aware that they will overbook and then tell you to get a refund from your booking company if they can get a booking that sells more rooms. Stayed in an Executive Spa Suite which was one of the upstairs units. Huge rooms with every thing requirred for a weekend away. King sized bed was very comfortable, kitchen facilities, tv and DVD player,Large bathroom with double spa bath . Very clean and well maintained units. Friendly helpful staff.

Very nice room and overall a good stay but housekeeping had not noticed and cleaned a cigarette butt from under the bedside table. The cigarette butt bucket outside the door was full and not cleaned during our two day stay. The room was serviced with clean towels and kitchen cloths each day but the rubbish was not emptied.
