Ants in the apartment when I arrived, customer service was really bad, host was rude and did not help with any of my concerns. Payment was demanded on first day and did not get my money's worth. This was a very disappointing stay and I will not be returning and will not recommend this apartment to anyone.

Travel light as it is a 3 level apartment - so a lot of stairs. Also quite tight garaging for parking.

completely rude managers, need to learn basic customer service, nice enough apartment but the managers have no manners whatsoever, I will never be staying here again

The apartments are ok for the price, but the owners do not make you feel welcome. They were abrupt and in the apartment was a list of demands to adhere to to keep the apartment tidy, or else a $40 fee will be charged.
