Booked two nights for 6 people and stayed in the 2 bedroom 2 storied unit. We had an additional person stay, which the owners were very accomodating for. Very good family accommodation with private thermal pool and outdoor heated swimming pool. Tiled flooring so good for animals too. Comfortable beds; conveniently located. BBQ and table tennis available. Friendly service from first phone call until departing. Some frozen meals available. Double glazed so road noise no problem.

Stayed as part of a group of sailing families. Had a two storey accomodation being very large and well equipped. A little way from central Tauranga but that was not a issue for us. Pool area very good. Staff helpfull anf friendly.

Stayed in a studio, double bed and a single with a private thermal spa pool. Rooms very basic but clean. Fairly close to town and Welcome Bay. Sky tv but reception not very good, snowy. Would be a nice place to stay with younger children cos of the swimming pool and price
