We stayed in a two bedroom apartment on the ground floor for two nights and it was fabulous. The apartment was really roomy and had everything you needed to be comfortable. “The Reef is consistently excellent”

My family and I have stayed at The Reef every summer for the last 5 years, and it is always excellent. It's right across the road from the beach, and the level 3 and 4 apartments all get great views of the water. You couldn't find somewhere better to holiday at the Mount. “Lovely relaxing break”

We stayed at The Reef Apartments in Mt Maunganui over the New Year period. Four of us (two adults, two children aged 4 and 9 years) stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment on the top level (4). Seven of us (friends, 25-30 age bracket) stayed at the Reef, and as far as beach front accommodation goes, you can't really ask for better.
