The Ibis Wellington is well positioned. rooms are clean and reasonably spacious. One of our rooms was not serviced and even after a call to reception in the evening and an assurance it would be followed up it was still not serviced which was disappointing.
This is a no frills hotel in a great location in the Wellington CBD. It is very clean and the rooms are basic but comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only criticism I have relates to a late check-out being arranged but not registered and we were locked out of our room.

stayed at this hotel several times, I think it's the best for value for money in Wellington. You know what to expect at the Ibis, good average rooms, but cheaper than some other hotels. Also really central.
