Stayed in this budget hotel that is centrally located on Cuba St. The room was basic and clean; the bathroom has been recently renovated. The room had a view to the street which meant it was very noisy on Friday night. Wireless (included) was very unreliable. Breakfast (also included) was excellent.

Great building, but tiny hotel rooms. No closet space at all, and hardly enough space to leave your suitcase on the floor. No wifi in room - there is supposed to be wired internet but cables or sockets nowhere to be found. Good location, though.
