“Whats new on Leeds Street - avoid unless you like agro”

The flat was DIRTY on our arrival. The blinds broken. The curtains did not fit the window. Rubbish left in the yard and in the stairwell along with supermarket shopping trollys on the 2nd floor landing This is not "affordable apartment" this is "social housing" with noisy neighbours in an area where more than a dozen people have been knifed... More

This company run a number of Apartment sites in central Wellington. We have stayed in two of these (Left Bank & 66 Boulcott St) Although reasonably new these apartments have all the basics but both share the same bland interior with not a picture on a wall anywhere & minimum size mirrors in the bathrooms. Both are noisy particually Left... More
