We stayed here for a few days in November of 2012 and still tell everyone this was our favorite accommodation in our 3 month journey around the world. What a wonderful place! All the restaurants are within a few minutes walking distance. Definitely take a wine tour while you're visiting. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice... More

We stayed in the Grape Room for 3 nights. The room was quite large with en-suite, TV, free wi fi and a very comfortable bed. Graham with Andre's help on occasions made us very welcome and they were both helpful with advice about the local wineries and other attractions in the district. A full breakfast to order was provided every... More

As soon as we arrived at the accomodation we were greeted by Graham and warmly welcomed into his home. The house was lovely and calming, very clean and with great facilities, including a guest lounge, dining room and kitchen. The rooms were lovely and big and comfortable, and gave a very homely feel. Graham was very helpful, gave lots of... More

The main reason I'm giving this B&B five stars is because of the incredibly friendly, helpful, and generous host, Graham. He went out of the way to make us feel welcome, including picking us up from the airport upon arrival, giving us a quick tour of the town on the way to the house rather than just drive straight there... Thank-you very much for the nice review, this is much appreciated, more particularly it is good to know that you enjoyed your stay with us and the Marlborough area. Each room is equipped with a heater and a portable fan. These are located in the cupboards of each room. We are very sorry that our guests were not aware that... More

We stayed here in January 2013. Graham, the owner, was very helpful with dining suggestions and local opportunities. The free laundry facilities were greatly appreciated. Breakfast was very good. The room was very comfortable and located on a quiet street. The glass of port before bed was a nice touch. We enjoyed the wineries and aviation museum that Graham suggested.... More

This reminded me of an English type B and B. All very nice and clean, Graham the owner is a decent guy who tries to make you feel welcome and gives decent suggestions as where to eat. Appreciated the free use of laundry facilities , not to keen on the shared fridge outside the bedrooms, especially when someone used our... More

Graham is very welcoming and the location is great. Our room was very large with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space and a large comfy sofa and coffee table. Tea, coffee and fridge were available on the first floor landing and there was a well sized loung/diner/kitchen available for guests on the ground floor.

Graham is the perfect host and guest house owner. What summed it up was when I phoned a couple of days after our visit to see if he had found an item of clothing left behind by my wife, he had and he offered to post it free of charge onto an address in NZ! The rooms (Grape and Flower)... More
