Refurbished (from our room) older motel. Well located and comfortable. Good basic motel with comfortable bed, kitchenette and acceptable tv/sky etc. Helpful and friendly proprieters suffers like everything on Bealey Ave from noisy Christchurch night-time hoons!

We been fined NZD50 (charged to my credit card) due to no throw the rubbish n clean the frying pan. This is a terrible experience. We have stayed for 8 nights in different motel in different places in NZ. Non of the motel or holiday park charged us the throw rubbish fees.
