hey been to this property centrally located in heart of Christchurch with beautiful surrounding. there are many tourists attractions near by that you can just walk up to and it makes it very convenient when travelling with family and are on a budget . also honeymooners also enjoy as many picture points near by....

We stayed here in July 2009. Great location, right in Christchurch CBD. Lovely hotel, will definately stay here again. And Starbucks is just around the corner! Only gripe is paying for parking which is pricey.

Thank you for your feedback. It is unfortunate that we are at the mercy of the local council with regards to parking. The hotel is not provided with any discounting which is disappointing as we would surely pass these on to our guests.

The location was great.
The hotel had no actual impact on us, nothing good or bad.
The service was mostly impersonal, but efficient.
Main downside was no free wifi- first time Ive actually encountered that, even had that at the one backpackers hostel I stayed at.
I would recommend it definitely for a business trip, probably need to find somewhere...
