What a pleasant surprise this motel was - very quiet. Accommodation very spacious and spotlessly clean, kitchen very well equipped even down to electric wok and plunger with ground coffee. The chap on reception was very friendly and helpful with directions. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Christchurch. More

I stay here quite often, (more than 8 nights 4 different rooms) its a clean, quiet budget motel with plenty of reasonable valued cafe's located nearby (try the greek one its very good), and Hadley park is a close nice walk in the evening.
