great place to stay. The owner was very friendly and helpful.Good location. clean and tidy. Nice queen size beds, quite location, Close to CBD. Free parking. Great place to start our holiday. Good to have an kitchen. Loved the spa.

One bedroom unit (unit 9) which had queen bed in lounge and two singles in bedroom (with room to put up a portacot). Small kitchen but everything you needed. Been renovated and liked quite modern. Absolutely awesom price, with an AA discount on top! Will definitely use again next time in Chch!!

Do not judge Motel by external design. Internal studios are roomy, spotlessly clean with well equipped kitchen facilities.
