We stayed for 3 days while visiting Dunedin. The motel unit was lovely, very old fashioned in a nice way. Located close to town, free internet, great facilities if you want to cook for yourselves instead of going out. Lovely comfy bed. We would stay here again.

The first time in the large apartment which sleeps 8, the 2nd time in the 4 person apartment. This place is well-located, clean and pleasantly furnished. The 4 person unit is newly renovated. We regularly walked up to the centre of town. Parking is conveniently onsite. I would highly recommend staying here for a Dunedin holiday!

We really enjoyed our stay here, the owners were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean, modern and comfortable. Our room was serviced everyday to a fantastic standard. Thanks to all for making our stay in Dunedin very enjoyable.

older motel but apartments are quite spacious and clean. Dunedin is quite cold and wet so the heaters were great. we stayed for 5 nights and the apartment was very comfortable. has great laundry facilities and the managers are very helpful and friendly

For a long stay at owens, the room service is poorly rated. The rooms were never vacuum, towels never change at times, beds were never made and internet vouchers given out only last 20-30 minutes (they only gave two vouchers a day). I even got something stolen from my bag.

This is an older motel that looks like they have kept up the maintenance. Very helpful manager. Although we had a unit that faced George Street the double glazing kept out all of the road noise. Plenty of options for all meals 10mins down the road towards the CBD

This is an average motel, with decent rooms, clean and tidy and friendly owners/managers. A good location, George Street, but because it is a couple of hundred meters from the centre, it is quiet. the most noise disturbance comes actually from the inside. Enjoyed our stay at Owen's Motel, very friendly and helpful hosts, lovely large room with nice decor and good facilities. Good views and sun from our unit and great walking distance into Dunedin. Boutique style Motel which makes you want to stay longer!

Pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness of the unit. So clean and tidy and lovely furnishings. Owners were very helpful. Location is great, so close to university and shopping! We are going to be coming to Dunedin quite frequently this year so are happy to have found somewhere that is good value for money.
