Having stayed at a number of Bella Vista's, they are what they are. Clean, tidy, but small and ordinary. Check out was friendlier than check in but overall it was just a motel. If you get it for a good price than it will do just fine. Did stay in a studio room so others may have been better.

This new looking motel is on the main road out of Invercargill with a Pub directly opposite the front door serving food. The welcome could not have been more friendly and helpful. We stayed in room 7, it was enormous...entrance lounge, lounge/diner/kitchen area, large double bedroom and massive bathroom with spa bath and a separate shower.

this seems to be a new one in the bella vista chain. As the others I stayed in, does what it says on the tin - small owner run, tidy, clean and good value.
Two layers of units on the junction of two main roads back from the centre, so a little bit of noise, but easy to find!
