Stayed here in August 2010 for a work conference. Service was great and location was a short stroll into town.

Absolutely outstanding hotel in a perfect location.
Greeted with a smile by ALL staff members, even the cleaners. It's amazing what a difference that makes to a stay at a hotel.
The beds were comfortable. The bed linen and towels first rate. The rooms were spacious.
We will definitely return to this hotel when back in Queenstown.

Very well located, big rooms with lots of bathroom counter space which seems in very short supply in most NZ places. They do charge for parking. They also charged for using hte business center to access the internet which was annoying but I would stay here again. Good beds. Quiet sleeping.

We just came back from our comfortable stay at the Crowne Plaza in Queenstown. The view from our rooms (Lake view) was amazing and breathtaking.
The beds were clean and so cozy that we had to drag ourselves out of bed every morning! The toilets were clean.
A special mention to the staff. The receptionists were very nice and friendly....

This is a lovely hotel! The hotel staff is exceptional!! The location is great, within walking distance to everything in town! It looks a little old from the outside but the rooms are very nice. It is clean and they have wifi in the lobby. Roomservice was great for breakfast. I would highly recommend staying here.

Had a lake front view in a very nice and comfortable room. Breakfast still on until 10:30am which was good as we slept in late. Room was very clean, staff were very helpful at check in.
