Looking for some traditional hospitality from the heart, this is your place to go! We got a free upgrade, so we got really lucky. The room was excellent and the views were amazing. The hosts were very nice and friendly and we wished that we could stayed longer or had arrived earlier.

We had the honor of staying 3 nights at Balmoral Lodge and would have to say I would totally recommend to anyone. The rooms were so clean and well attended and the hospitality was great. If you want a place to chill or just see all the attractions of Queenstown we would suggest you book into Balmoral Lodge.

We rented two rooms on the first floor which included a living/kitchen area. It was perfect for a family. We had access to a lovely outdoor table as well as more lounge space upstairs.
