My wife and I had a very comfortable night there. We also enjoyed a good value meal in their restaurant.

We were friends & family walking The Milford Track. Although not super modern was better in many ways, large rooms 2 large bathrooms, comfy beds, awesome position, great cafe The Dragonfly near by, I give it 10/10, the fan in bathroom stays on 10 minutes after you have turned the light out, a littlle annoying but very minor.

We took three friends on a trip around the South Island, starting off in Te Anau in April 2012. Rooms were large and clean. Buffet breakfast and evening meal were good. Staff were very friendly. Well situated near to the lake. Te Anau is a small settlement mainly catering for tourists. Had the best fish and chips from a mobile van on the lake front. Freshly cooked - brilliant. Good base for visiting Milford Sound.

As title reads, we had an awesome stay in Te Anau. Booked a deluxe room online and were plesantly suprised by how spacious the room was. Free WIFI access in the lobby which is a big bonus. Dined in Bailiez and had a great meal - HUGE meals. Service was great and i would definetly return in the future.
