This really is a B&B with a difference. We stayed here for two nights. The host George couldnt have been more helpful and informative. There was free wine and beer included and a wonderful breakfast each morning. If I get the opportunity to return to the South island then I will definately stay there again

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Te Anau Lodge. Rooms were extremely comfortable, with all the amenities we required. The host was wonderful. Very helpful and obliging without crowding us. Can't wait for my next visit.

The once convent, that the host George had moved to his land, was a very peaceful and charming place to stay. He and his staff are excellent hosts. A very comfortable guest Lounge complete with books on every subject also wine,tea, coffee and cakes to help oneself too complete a delightful stay.
