We have stayed here many times over the years, since our now grown and flown children were small. So it made sense to celebrate our 30th anniversary here. We had a beautiful spa suite right by the pool, opposite to where we have stayed previously. Spotlessly clean and comfortable with a big spa bath and a little balcony with outdoor furniture. We ate in the restaurant, the seafood platter was amazing as usual and the service so friendly and professional. Had a lovely breakfast in the Cantina with friendly service again and so much food! The whole resort has been well maintained and the refurbished rooms are lovely.

Hotel's Favourite
Stayed with family of four for a stop over on the Melbourne - Sydney drive and our only regret is not staying longer. The outdoor pool, the spas in the cave (and the cute cave shower that was activated by patting a frog), mini golf, table tennis - for starters were just awesome. Breakfast in the restaurant was fantastic, the kids loved the pancake machine! Staff at the restaurant and throughout the resort were very friendly. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We had a room for four and the pull out single bed didn’t have a proper doona so it was a bit cold overnight for the person using that one. We are now planning to visit albury next summer and stay for a few days here!

Pleasant welcome at checking. Large clean room. A little jaded but great for overnight. Bedding fresh and clean as was bathroom with quality toiletries. Extra touch with windscreen cleaned for early morning start.

I loved this place! It has so much to offer especially families! I wished I was a kid after I first saw all the cool stuff! We had a cabin that overlooked the pool and at night the lights in the pool were awesome! Was a little noisy during the day with kids screaming but they were having so much fun it was infectious! The only negative was the attitude of the staff at reception. Cold and rude. She had a face like a smacked you know what. Would stay again for sure!

Great place to stay. The room was lovely & private. Surrounding area lacks character. Breakfast was lovely with beautiful staff, so happy to help. View of pool and gardens make this a great place to relax.

What a wonderful find! The motel really is a form of resort with two lovely pool complexes and a host of other recreational options. It serves great dinners from one restaurant and a lovely breakfast from another. The rooms are spacious, well laid out and very clean. AND it has at least 3 Tesla car chargers. They really do go above and beyond, with a pancake maker at breakfast, a windscreen cleaning and newspapers. I have stayed at a central hotel in Albury which is far more expensive and offers far less.

Rooms were recently refurbished. Our room’s floor under the carpet layer had a lose board that didn’t sit flush, made a mound in the carpet, and I tripped in it twice. I’m not that uncoordinated but yet didn’t expect the floor to not be flat. Kids tripped on it all the time but they were ok about it. Kids enjoyed the facilities but having to wear a wrist band was a little bitter, but I guess it kept outsiders from using the facilities. Outdoor pool very murky and full of debris. Indoor pool clean. Sombrero spa a laugh. Our rooms walls very thin we could hear everything said by neighbouring guests, their footsteps, even the crinkle of their chip packet as they put their hands in 😕 so I’m sure they heard us too, and us having little kids meant they were worse off when it came to our noise! Lots of cigarette butts at our doorstep. We are non smokers so assume it is from guests previous. Understand that housekeeping probably run off their feet but golly certainly someone could sweep them up. We’re there for our whole stay.

Live in Albury and called this morning to book a room which they had available and they very rudely told us that they do not accept locals. Absolutely disgusting. We have a 4 month old daughter so long distance travel isn’t easy. Have eaten at the restaurant many times but will never return and have told all family and friends about this experience.

Really enjoyed our stay here - weather wasn't great so we enjoyed the indoor pool and on site restaurant. Beds were comfy, rooms very clean, nice and modern and seemed recently renovated. Parking was undercover and our tall vehicle (2.2m+) fit. The two bedroom room we booked was very spacious. Would stay again!

Traveled especially to stay here, within minutes of getting in room, changed and ran headed to the rockspas. CLOSED FOR MAINTENANCE. Nothing on the website, nothing on their Facebook NOTHING!!! Very disappointed that guests don’t get informed and get to chose a date where all facilities can be used. Wasted 2 days annual leave in doing nothing but staying here. I have stayed here many many times in 30 years, obviously don’t care about loyalty. Remember the days when you used to get your windscreen cleaned. Seriously inform guests when your doing maintenance!!!! Sorry for inconvenience what a joke if you informed guest you’d have nothing to be sorry for!!!!
