Zorba motel is like staying at Nanna, room is a bit tired but is all clean and tidy. The bathroom should be dispatched to the tip, ours was too old by about 15 years. Breakfast at Quick stix cafe was great to start the day! We would stay there again anytime :-) :-)

The Zorba has a great location on the edge of Bateman's Bay, with water views and easy access to the pubs and shops of the town. Its facilities are dated and, while clean, are as far from new as Grandma's living room furniture. It's comfortable, We have stayed 3 times and its the best in Town

I think the Bairnsdale Motel has ruined me for motor inn type accommodation. They set a new standard for this type of accommodation that I haven't seen anyone come close to yet.
