Nice firm bed. Clean throughout. Tiny tv in our tiny room. Sliding room into the toilet/bathroom was get stuck all the time. That was very frustrating. Not the best value for money. The free Internet was the biggest plus.

The motel is dated and tired but our room was clean and the beds were acceptable. At $135 for a twin room (Queen bed and King single bed in room) it wasn't cheap but it was honest. The pros: - Our room on both nights was clean (we stayed one night then had to turn around later that day to... More

Stayed one night only thank goodness as the rooms are very small and air conditioning variable. Looks dated and unimpressive and not really great value for money.

We booked in to this motel for two nights and actually couldn't wait to get out and only stayed one. Despite the description the room was not spacious, "can't swing a cat in it", the shower was like being piddled on and the aircon failed in the middle of the night. Not overly clean and in need of repairs and... More

This is probably the best regional or rural motel we have ever stayed at in Australia. The rooms were modern(ish), very clean, very light and airy and the staff were superfriendly. If we are ever in the area again, we will return to this motel

The Oasis is a decent motel in Broken Hill. Set in an unattractive neighborhood and a bit far from the action, the hotel is nevertheless a decent place to stay. Clean with good-sized family rooms and friendly managers. Being away from the highway means that it's quiet. The pool area is small but nice for kids. However, there is not... More

Hospitality at it's best. An Inn is only as good as the Innkeepers and Madilyn & Grant took excellant care of me in a affortiable, clean and pleasant atmoshere in Broken Hill. Can't recommend these wonderful folks enough. If you want to see the "roo" in Oz or get an introduction to the bush, mining or fun loving guides, Broken... More
