We booked one night and ended up staying three. Clean, very quiet (room 212), plenty of parking and had everything we wanted. Having fox sports and movies was also good. The gentleman on the desk was very helpful with our requests.

This is easily one of the best hotels in Dubbo, and a refreshing change from the chain motels I'm used to. Unfamiliar with the area on a trip through the town for a wedding, we came across No95 and were very pleased we did. We stayed at No 95 Accommodation in Dubbo on a stopover on the way to Brisbane. It was 39 degrees when we arrived and we were tired from a 9 hour drive. My wife and I are passing through for one night and found this on TA. We stayed in room 214, nice clean and modern room. Friendly and hospitable gentleman (I think owner?) on reception. Very central and convenient location, the continental breakfast was nothing over the top but good selection and well presented.

Location is okay, the rooms are old, the bed was springy, just did not match other reviews so it was disapointing...Supposed to have Continental Breakfast...no information given... Right in the centre of Dubbo the hotel was very clean and service was excellent. The restaurant is amazing and Rod the owner even played the piano all night. I will recommend this to anyone staying in Dubbo.

Value compared to others in the same area is excellent! Clean, tidy and spacious room with great beds and the most comfortable pillows!! Management, Rod McDonald, was warm and welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The continental breakfast was a bonus and I'm looking forward to enjoying a dinner there on my next visit.
