Everything works - thank goodness for the aircon! - and whilst this motel would not get 4* for luxury, we found it friendly, helpful and good value. The manager was helpful in guiding us to a suitable local pub for evening meal.

This is a well run and well priced motel just off the highway. It has clean and quiet rooms where you should get a decent night's sleep. It is well located, so you can walk to a variety of restaurants. We went to a Thai place down the road, which was very good, but pricey.

Good price and quiet location was the reason we initially chose the Green Gables in Dubbo. We found the room was clean and comfortable and had been freshly painted. The friendly owners made our stay even more enjoyable. Would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Dubbo.
