Had a great time there. Great atmosphere. Great friendly service. Rooms were great. The Hunter Valley Gardens and Village were great. We spent 3.5hrs walking around the gardens. Then had a relaxing spa when we went back to the hotel. Our only let down was the restaurant food not coming out hot.

The hotel was ideally situated, the room was very comfortable, the service from the staff was very good, the meals at dinner were extremely good. Negative comments; The hot breakfast meals were only warm. The areas around the hotel at night should have better lighting.

Stayed here for two nights on our way down to Sydney from Brisbane. Rooms were lovely, we had a cute little patio that got the early morning sun. Bliss. Bed was comfortable and room spotless. This hotel was perfectly positioned for our visit to the HV Gardens. Easy walk to HV Gardens and shops. Very happy with the ACCOR advertised special rate we booked. Smooth check-in and provided relevant information for our visit which included reservations for that evening. We had a delightful meal in the restaurant, the waiter was knowledgeable and interactive.
