We haven't stayed in Port Macquarie before so didn't know what to expect. We were thoroughly impressed with the resort rooms, service, location, staff and facilities. Looking around this definitely seems one of the nicer and newer properties. Pool was great for the kids. Rooms are extremely spacecious. Very relaxed atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.
