A night out at the Merringong Theatre in Wollongong was made even better by our stay at the Quest Apartments. Our one bedroom unit was spacious, but only had a double bed (not even a queen size). The most disturbing issue is the lack of sound insulation in the walls or windows. We spent 5 nights recently at Quest Wollongong. Its location is very central, walking distance to the main strip of shops. We had a great stay at the Quest Wollongong, apartment was spacious and clean and very spacious. There were a few downfalls being the heavily stained coffee table, dark hallways and the coffee and tea was not restocked during our stay. I would however stay here again in the future.

Upon arrival the staff member was extremely friendly and welcoming and explained everything we needed to know about the hotel. Apartments have a full kitchen with dishwasher and bathrooms have full laundry facilities. Tired, shabby, grubby rooms. Furniture in terrible condition - especially the tables. Towels not replaced after several days. Soap etc. not replaced. Indifferent staff. No lighting in the hallways at night. Nowhere near the standard of other Quests Apartments. Never again!
