Had 2 nights here April 2012. Apartments are well furnished and self contained with dishwasher,washing machine & dryer even. Balcony overlooked beach for great views and there is shopping below & a cinema. Coolangatta hotel is below as well. Good location close to the airport at the quiter end of the coast.

My family stayed here in January 2012, and yes, it was expensive (but in the 2nd week of January show me somewhere that isn't), but you just can't beat the location. stayed for four nights on 11th floor,apartment was a bit dated but comfortable with fantastic views,would recommend ocean plaza and we will be looking to book a return visit next time we are in coolangatta.

Amazing apartment on 8th floor with sweeping ocean views across to Gold Coast. Evey room in this resort has an ocean view of some description no matter what level you are on. Stayed for two nights at the conclusion of peak season so should not have been surprised with cost $275 per night.
