Stunning location - stayed on 1st level & had a massive deck. Accommodation itself is lovely with comfortable furniture & large rooms - both ensuite & main bathroom large. Large flat screen tv (including in master bedroom) & fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of good restaurants downstairs - try the gelati & pizza especially. Breakfast @ local restaurant - yum! Only... Hi Travellingtayla, Thank you for your review. I have to confess that I am the person you are referring to as grumpy. As the person who is ultimely responsible for guest safety, I have to be firm on people who do not follow building rules. Some people may take offence and I understand that, but safety and security for every... More

Breakfast was supposed to be included in the deal. Vouchers were supposed to be given. No vouchers given on arrival and when asked, we were given photocopied vouchers which the local restaurant would not accept because they were photocopied. We stayed 3 nights but got only one of the "included" breakfasts. Reception staff on weekend didn't seen to know what... More

Hi Graeme J, We do apologise for the mix up with the breakfast vouchers. We ran out of orignal Vouchers on Saturday and being a long weekend couldn't get any printed from our supplier. The cafe was instructed to accept the photo-copies over the week end and to our knowledge were accepting them. I did over hear your complaint from... More

We have just returned from staying in Unit 1801 at Reflections Tower Two. The view from the 18th floor was amazing - right up to Surfers Paradise and also across to the mountains. The unit was spacious (3 bedrooms) and the furniture extremely comfortable - loved the huge soft leather couch with both a recliner and a chaise! Also an... More

Exceptional views. Absolutely breathtaking views of the open ocean to Surfers Paradise and Greenmount Beach and beyond from the large balcony. Our outdoor chairs with large table was more than adequate. The lounge room and both bedrooms with sliding doors and floor to ceiling windows also with views across the ocean ensure you enjoy the best views at all times.... More

Had a fabulous week at Coolangatta staying at Reflections Two. We arrived in the evening and found the after-hours check-in process smooth. We were delighted with our apartment. It was clean, spacious, modern and the kitchen was very well equipped with good quality appliances and ample crockery, glassware etc. Comfortable lounge with a large flat screen TV (with Austar channels)... The room we stayed in was a 2 bedroom apartment for 3 nights. Coolangatta is more charming than Surfers Paradise and is a terrific area for fitness and/or relaxing. Our apartment was spacious and modern, with both rooms being able to have ocean views. The main bedroom had a lovely ensuite with a very large glass petition looking into the... More

Stayed here on a recent visit to the Gold Coast. Great views and location but not not good enough. Rooms are not too clean & the furniture needs updating very cheap dirty and torn lounges. Our kitchen had not been cleaned properly & food left in fridge and cupboards. You pay top dollar to stay here. I expect better service... More

We stayed in Reflections Tower Two a few years ago and enjoyed our stay and had a fantastic apartment but as we overlooked a side road and a neighbouring resort found it to be a little noisy especially first thing in the morning. Again we booked directly through the resort and requested a quiet room which we got but it... More

Dear Emmadeane. Thank you for taking the time to review your last stay at Reflection Tower Two. Some of our units do not provide hanging space in the second bedroom. However the unit you are reviewing does have a large chest of drawers which is ample for a short term stay. The large main walk in robe has more than... More

Wow....what a view. forget Surfers...stay in Coolangatta & stay at Tow Towers Reflections - you won't be disappointed. Where do I start?! We stayed for 11 nights in a 3 bedroom - Room 1801 - sweeping balcony - & I mean sweeping...massive, with an outdoor table & blinds to protect us from the sun when we wanted. Main bedroom had... The rooms in both Reflection Towers are modern and spacious. The view from the higher up rooms are breathtaking! The beauty of staying here is that you can park the car and not start it up until the end of the trip. For families it's perfect with 2 great swimming beaches plus parks etc risht across the road. For couples... More
