Exceptional views. Absolutely breathtaking views of the open ocean to Surfers Paradise and Greenmount Beach and beyond from the large balcony. Stayed here on a recent visit to the Gold Coast. Great views and location but not not good enough. Rooms are not too clean & the furniture needs updating very cheap dirty and torn lounges.
