We rescently stayed at Twin Towns Coolangatta and had the best time. They have the whole package. Restaurants, Clean rooms, pleasant staff and entertainment, all under the one roof. Breakfast was outstanding, you could not want for more. We did not haveto leave the resort for the whole week-end. The views are fantastic. Hopefully we'll be back soon.
The following are unacceptable for a 4.5 star hotel:
1. The alarm clock was set (not by us) and woke us up at 6am (not sure if this is the cleaner’s idea of a practical joke),
2. The warning alarm went off for at least 5 minutes on day 2. There was no sign of a floor warden or safety...

Great place to stay, clean and well presented in all areas. Staff friendly and polite, cant be too helpful. Food terrific, no complaints at all and at a great price which is very affordable.

Great place to stay and highly recommended. Close to the beach, twin towns club, shops, cafes, etc. I had my university graduation across the road at twin towns, which was really covenient. Good service and comfortable accommodation, and at a reasonable price. Will definitely stay here again the next time I am down Coolangatta way.

We've stayed at Twin Towns Resort many, many times over the years but felt that they have overpriced themselves since Outrigger took over, with no improvement in service, not that I'm saying service is bad, just no improvement for a rate hike.
