Visited there after making a booking online. Meal was value for money. Room nice and clean. No towel provided, Management notified,said they would be over shortly, but failed to bring towel. No shower for me after traveling over 1,400KM and was badly needed.

The Shamrock is a bit on the pricey side, but during Easter in Toowoomba, you wouldn't expect anything else. I remember staying here back in 2002 and it was just as shabby and horrible back then. Funnily enough I was in the hotel part haviing a meal 2 weeks ago and the motel part didn't look one bit different. Credit where credit is due the meals are good and reasonably priced. We ended up in Toowoomba after sightseeing around the area. We were looking for good value, clean accommodaton. The Shamrock Hotel/Motel unfortunately did not come up to standard and we will now ask to see any room before we check in.
