Upon arrival received an upgrade which was appreciated. Long walk to room but once there the room was warm & certainly large enough. Bed was very comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. On arrival, air conditioner not working, very cold room. Every thing is first class, when you expect the best you get it. The suites are very large and well featured. A King Sized bed with super sized pillows and great doona .
