Staff may be friendly but this is not 3 1/2 star accomodation, more like a low budget hotel. The decor is very dated as are the appliances in the room. Bathroom in desperate need of a renovation. Staff were very helpful; rooms a little dated (70's decor) but were clean & comfortable and everything worked - our room overlooked City Park. Position was excellent, CBD & restaurants easy walking distance along Brisbane St.

The corridor smelt of mould, and was also dimly lit. No sound insulation between any of the rooms. Bathroom old and rundown, no extraction fan.
