Staff very friendly and pleasant and that's where it ends. All bed, couch and tables need replacing. Fridge needs defrosting as all food freezes up. If you looking for a quite place to sleep bring ear muffs as traffic can be heard like it was in your room. Sorry adina but you need a upgrade

nice we had a 2 room apartment the only down fall is the beds was not comfortable and also you can hear everything that is going on outside . the staff were very nice and helpful . if you have got a budget this is the place to stay very close to the main centre of town .

Very nice stay in an upper floor room with balcony overlooking Launceston. Room was quite spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay there and prices reasonable. Manager was very helpful and friendly. Not far to walk to restaurants and shops. I recommend The Black Cow restaurant and Hallams (seafood).

Close to the center of town family friendly with great views of Launceston.The staff were excellent very friendly and helpful if your looking for somewhere to eat or somewhere to go. realistically priced will stay here again.
