Unhappy that Our room had No Air Cond !. Spoke to Reception and the Lady quickly rectified it by moving us to another room with thankfully a view aswell. We had to pay $ 6- per Day Parking ? ( Really, the Mercure ? ). Both of the rooms were Musty and the cushions on the bed had some cleaner...

The hotel is in a great location. We found as we left we were charged for parking,it would not have been a problem if discussed but it wasn't . And we had paid a security of 50$ and ordered room service to the value of$34 but got no change back . Breakfast was $24 way too expensive better deal down...

The hotel is located at the edge of the shopping/business district with easy parking. Staff are friendly, rooms clean and functional. I didn't use the restaurant. This hotel lives up to the standard expected without being anything special.
