Myself and three friends drove over from Wangaratta on Sunday to see the Grace Kelly exhibition at the gallery. We had a great stay for a very reasonable price. The double bedroom (a bed each) and bathroom were spotless and we could see the cathedral from the window. Lovely hot shower and ample toiletries for four. All staff were very... More

My partner, some friends and I booked two rooms online for a wedding in April... My partner and I stayed in room #29 a refurbished standard room, it was very spacious and had a great view. My friends stayed in the room below (#26) as they required more bedding, funnily enough their room was cheaper as it was not "refurbished",... More

We stayed for one night over Easter in a refurbished room. There was plenty of space, it was clean, and the bed was the best! We had such a good night's sleep it was so comfortable, probably the most comfortable bed we've had in a hotel/motel and we've had more than a few! Our room looked out to the cathedral,... More

Spent one night here, 16th March, while in Bendigo for a 21st. Very central motel in a handy position to food places, and the centre of Bendigo etc. Room was spacious and the queen bed very comfortable. Microwave and sink made a mini kitchen also. Bathroom was a good size and the shower pressure was great. (I often cringe when... More

Stayed here for one night in mid-March 2012 when visiting Bendigo for the opening of the Grace Kelly exhibition at the Bendigo Art Gallery. It's well located, offering spacious rooms which are well presented and appointed by regional standards. It was a very comfortable stay and I appreciated the friendly helpfulness of Jodie who was on reception that weekend. My... More

Unfortunately we were only able to stay one night, but had a great sleep. the room was very clean and spacious. The best place we stayed on our whole trip. Would love to have had more time to walk the town and look at the gorgeous old buildings. We did find a great mexican restaurant a short walk away for... More

This is a very conveniently located motel within a few minutes walk of major attractions of Bendigo (population ~80,000). Rooms are adequate, but in keeping with many regional motels in Australia, is rather expensive by global standards. This is a place to stay when in town doing business, sport or sightseeing, but not designed to sit-around all through the day... More

We loved this motel. Clean. Exceedingly pleasant and helpful receptionist/manager. The room was spacious and bright. Nice lighting. Good beds. Breakfast was delivered right on time. Great location on main street next to the cathedral. Our grand daughter loved the balcony. Nice selection of tea, cookies, coffee on hand. Air conditioning was not noise Ed & Trudy, Calgary Canada

I booked a few months in advance and prepaid, no refund allowed. I requested twin beds, all this was booked online. And spoke to them the week before I arrived. I turned up only to be told they only have one room left, which has a queen bed or I could use the fold out sofa, which had no linen.... More
