The owner was convinced we had extra people in our room (which we didn't) called at 2am, tried to enter room. Rude, intrusive. We felt unsafe at night. Only good thing would be location

How many bad reviews can 1 room write? See comment below. Obviously they are oblivious to the surveillance cameras. Real time video does not lie!

Overall this place was the most terrible place to stay in, the owners where rude and not customer friendly at all. When having guests over they told them to leave and be quiet. Also charged our credit card an additional extra $100 with out any concent, for supposedly having too many people in the room.
Interestingly the guests did not mention the time the friends were asked to leave. Nor did they mention they invited their friends to stay over exceeding the maximum number of guests in the room and were warned several times. Nor did they mention the amount of alcohol consumed and their own bad behaviour. It is a shame that there is...

Without doubt Room 27 at this motel was the worst room I have ever stayed in anywhere in the world. It had no direct light, no outlook, a torn curtain (photos to prove it), bashed in airconditioner and the most basic bathroom. Who said this is 3 -star accommodation: the owners? It's no star in my opinion. Just keep driving...

Excellent motel, very handy to town and some great cafe's. Very helpful owner operator, large, modern and very comfortable room, easy parking.
This motel is getting old and feels tired however it is located within 5min walk from the city centre.
Shower is dirty (new grout should fix it) and there is a big gap under the door so all the noise from outside comes in... people talking in the corridor 5 rooms away can be heard clearly. To make the matter...

Accommodation in Bendigo was tight and the option we chose required a 3 night min stay at $172 per night for one of their self contained units. A phone call revealed that it was recently completely refurbished and was located just a short distance from the motel. It turned out to be a further 500m away from the city making...

These guests booked online through WOTIF. All information regarding the self- contained units mention they are off site. The distance from the motel to the self-contained units is 550m. The total distance from the self-contained units to Pall Mall (City Centre) is 700m- a 9minute walk.
At check-in we clearly explain how to enter the door code and to lift...

We were placed in a one bedroom apartment 2 blocks away from the main motel, which was booked out. Had everything we needed for our 3 night stay, and we found the reception staff at the main motel friendly. Location was very handy to main street.
Little to no customer service at this hotel. The owners were rude and unreasonable when dealing with not only us, but other customers of the hotel as well. If you are looking to go away and enjoy time with friends, I would strongly recommend that you stay elsewhere. The owners seem to think that a bit of friendly banter over...

Stayed for a weekend with friends. Told no meeting friends in one room or may ring police! Family room = no water glasses; 1 tea spoon; no plates - charged $2 for a plastic plate to have some cheese on! $200/night.
I travel for business regularly and find that ort of treatment poor standard. Room was large and clean (except...

The only thing going for this motel is the central location. The rooms are pricey for a very basic and ageing setup and the service was extremely poor. I would go as far as saying that unfortunately our short stay in Bendigo was tainted by the worst display of customer service I have ever experienced as a traveller from the...
