The manager was very abrupt, no smile, not at all friendly. We were charged $145 for the night for a sparse. The bar snacks were well past their use by date and the toilet didn't work properly. Stay away from this one.

Arrived in Horsham in the middle of a major agricultural event. Booked by phone from the car halfway out of Nhill, towing a camper trailer. The owners couldn't have been more helpful, arranging an offsite poark, and giving us keyboard access codes for a side-gate. Lovely room, good nights sleep. Thank you !

Travelling through to Adelaide, I found this accommodation, although rather old, the cleanest I have stayed in. Nice to see the manager at front counter had a smile on his face.
